Joe & Dough was founded in 2009 with the dream to make good specialty coffee and handcrafted bakes accessible to everyone. We don't do a whole lot, but what we do, we do it right with a great deal of care, sincerity and pride.

Job Description
- Provide IT support for Sg office at central (about 10 headcount)
- Experience on collaboration tech like Video conferencing /MS teams
- Experience with office networking /Wifi/Internet etc
- Posses knowledge of office IT equipment’s like laptops/printers etc
- Candidate wiill be an individual worker to support senior management, able to onsite when required.
Responsibilities
- Document existing workflow, volume of tickets by department & location and propose improved workflow(s).
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, document issues and resolutions for future reference
